Included
Here is everything you get with Azuton's virtual PBX. What is written here is what applies — there is no fine print later.
Calls
Call landlines and mobiles as much as you need, with no minute allowance to worry about.
Contract
You stay because you want to. Full freedom to leave whenever you like, with no penalty.
Support
No queues and no generic service desk. You talk straight to a named technician who knows your system.
Activation
No red tape and no new cabling: it runs on the network port you already have. We handle everything so you start within 24 hours.
Equipment
We supply the handsets you need at no extra cost, according to the number of extensions you contract.
App
Answer your extension from anywhere with the AzuPhone app, on your mobile or on your computer.
Control
A missed call can mean a lost deal. The virtual PBX alerts, routes and records — so no call dies ringing.
Set answering rules by hour, weekday or public holiday, and route each call automatically to the right extension.
Get real-time alerts by email or mobile for every unanswered call in the company or in a specific department.
Answer your extension on your mobile through the app, and keep extensions live in other cities or countries on the same number.
Features
Four fronts where a virtual PBX changes the working day: how calls are managed, how productive the team is, what the system can do, and the bill at the end of the month.
Management
Get instant alerts by email or mobile for every missed call in your company or in a specific department. Keep control over the quality of your phone service.
Productivity
Keep a single list of the contacts your team deals with, synced with the mobile app. Calls made from a mobile are automatically logged in the telephony management system.
Capabilities
Use your extension anywhere with an internet connection through the AzuPhone app. Record company calls, with easy access when you need them, and hold conferences with staff or customers.
Savings
With AzuPhone your team calls from a smartphone as if they were at their desk extension. The phone bill typically drops by 30% to 40%.
Administration
The admin console is web-based: it opens from any computer with an internet connection and needs no advanced technical knowledge to configure the system.
Panel
An interface built for fast, uncomplicated navigation when configuring the IP PBX, with a separate access profile for the end user.
Branches
Extensions at every site talk to each other at zero cost. Even when a user dials the original number, the system spots the link and completes the call through that channel.
Cost
AzuPhone analyses your telephony spend, suggests ways to save and shows exactly how much each change would save.
VoIP
With IP carrier trunks, long-distance and international calls stop going through conventional telephony — which can cost up to 60% more than a VoIP call.
Limits
Put an end to surprises on the phone bill by setting usage limits per user.
Permissions
Grant access to features through profiles defined in the system, or customise permissions for a single user.
Confidentiality
Recording is the easy part; protecting the recording is what almost nobody solves. On AzuPhone, whoever administers the system is not whoever can hear what was recorded — and that separation ships by default, as two users handed over at installation.
User 01
Handed to the IT administrator, who is responsible for the technical side of the system. They cannot flag calls for recording, listen to recordings or pull call reports.
User 02
Handed to the director or president. Only they can flag extensions for recording and access call reports for every user. Without this, the IT administrator could record even the leadership's calls.
Testimonials
Two companies that swapped a physical PBX for Azuton's virtual PBX explain what changed — in their own words, unscripted.
When the pandemic scattered our staff, we had all sorts of problems with the PBX physically installed in our office, which got in the way of communication. After we saw Azuton's proposal, we made real progress across every activity, working outside the company but with all the resources we would have had in the same room. Activation was very fast, and configuration changes are ours to make, which gives us freedom and independence for any adjustment. I have recommended and still recommend partnering with Azuton.
I recommend the company for how practical the cloud PBX is to manage and configure. Today we have an efficient phone service for internal and external communication. It is also worth stressing that the rollout did not require the heavy infrastructure investment conventional systems demand. We are very happy with Azuton's service.
What problem did you have before you knew Azuton?
We missed a lot of calls and struggled with internal communication, because we could not transfer calls between extensions. Today we can take the handset and use it anywhere with internet, or set up the app on a mobile.
Which benefits would you highlight?
Low investment to roll out, because the infrastructure needed is simple. Easy management of the main PBX functions, and an intuitive admin panel.
Would you recommend Azuton?
Yes, because the company genuinely delivers the service it sells, at a fair price.
Guarantee
We trust what we deliver enough to leave the decision entirely with you: zero risk, zero red tape. Either the service convinces you, or you cancel.
Frequently asked questions
A virtual PBX is a business phone system that runs on servers on the internet instead of on equipment installed in the office. Extensions stop being tied to a handset and an address: they exist in the app, on the IP phone or on the computer, anywhere with a connection.
In practice, none: they are two names for the same thing. "Virtual PBX" stresses that the system is not a physical box; "cloud PBX" stresses where it runs. On AzuPhone, both terms describe the same service.
Within 24 hours in the usual case. There is no building work and no new cabling: the system uses the network port already in the office. Number porting has its own timeline, set by regulation.
No. We supply the handsets you need at no extra cost, according to the number of extensions you contract. If you prefer, you can use only the app, on mobile or computer.
No. The contract has no minimum term, and cancelling costs nothing. That is the unconditional guarantee: you stay for as long as the service is worth it.
Yes. Porting brings your current number — landline or mobile — across to AzuPhone. You change system, not number, so nothing changes on your cards, website or ads.
Less than conventional telephony. A traditional 15-minute call transmits around 10 minutes of data at 128 kbps; the same call over the cloud uses roughly 5.1 minutes at 64 kbps, leaving more bandwidth for the rest of the business.
Calls travel as encrypted data over IP. Access to recordings is separated by role: the Admin user, on the IT team, administers the system but cannot listen to recordings or see reports; only the Master user, handed to the leadership, has that access.
